Your photos & privacy
Before you save
While you design without an account, your answers and backyard photo stay on your device. If you ask for a free guest AI concept, that one photo is uploaded securely, stored privately (not publicly viewable), and automatically deleted after 72 hours unless you create an account and save your project. To prevent abuse we keep a one-way, unreadable fingerprint of your device and network for 24-hour limits — never your raw IP address.
After you save
Your photo is stored privately and is visible only to you and authorized Agent BBQ staff. We use it to create your design concept, prepare your quote and verify your final design.
AI image processing
To create your concept, your photo and design choices are sent securely to our AI image provider (OpenAI image models, through Lovable's AI service) only to generate and quality-check your image. Everything outside the area you mark is kept from your original photo. Concepts are illustrations, not to scale.
What we collect
Your name, email and phone to save a project; and — only if you request a final design — measurements, job-site address and delivery details. We don't collect anything we don't need.
Deleting your data
You can delete any project and its photos from the project page at any time. To delete your account, contact support@agentbbq.com.
